1. Click on the Join Now Button on the Slingshot Disc Golf Website
   
2. Enter your email (this will be your username), First and Last Name. Then Click Sign Up.
   
3. You will see a Submission Received Checkbox and a message directing you to click the confirmation link in your email.
   
   
4. Click on the one-time registration link to finish setting up your account. Adjust your Name, Display Name, Timezone, and Set a Strong Password.
   
5. Congratulations! Your account is created and can be viewed at https://portal.slingshotdiscgolf.com/

6. You will receive a Password Reset Email. Click the link to reset your password. This may take 3-15 minutes to send as our system validates the request. Check your spam folder as well after 15 minutes just in case. Contact Us if you don’t receive a password reset.
   
7. Enter your New Password and click Save New Password

1. Navigate to the Account website at https://portal.slingshotdiscgolf.com/
   
2. Click the Learn Menu Item on the Left, or the Slingshot University Dashboard button. Note – must have Slingshot University bought to see the Learn Menu.
   
3. You will now see all the courses you have purchased. Click on a course to get into the lessons.
   
4. Navigate the course to the desired lesson. Modules on the left can be expanded and collapsed.
   
5. Navigate and complete courses at the bottom bar
   
6. View Course Materials in the top right. Download and view them as well

3. Click on View Options under the Form Review option
   
4. You will be directed to the Form Review Service dashboard. Form Reviews are redeemed through the form review credit system. 1 Credit = 1 Form Review. You will have options to buy credits at a discounted rate if purchased in bulk. Click on the Generate Payment Invoice button to trigger the Form Review Credit payment.
   
5. You will be redirected to the Payment Dashboard. Click on the Open Invoice and click Pay Now
   
6. If you have a saved card, it will show up under Payment Methods. If you don’t have a saved card, click Pay with new payment method.
   
   • If you change your mind. Send us a message to void the payment invoice.
7. After payment is received, your account will show your number of credits.
   • The Form Review button will change on the dashboard
     
   • The Form Review dashboard will be modified to redeem credits and will remove the purchase options until all credits are redeemed
     
   • Your account dashboard will show how many credits you have
     
8. On the Form Review Service Dashboard, Click on Use Form Review Credit to activate your form review.
9. Now, it is time to begin the form review process. You will receive a workflow notification in your dashboard.
   
   
10. The first steps of the workflow are to get questions about your form review and any specific details you want us to analyze. All fields are optional.
    
    
11. You will now be redirected to your Task to Upload your Form into the Review. Click on the Customer – Upload Files task to see the details.
    
    
    • You will be able to click on the Files Field to upload your Form. Please upload a side and behind angle of your form.
      
      
      
      
    • You can send any additional comments about your review as well
      
12. After you have uploaded your form file and added any additional comments. Click Mark Complete on the task to send the form review to Coach.
    
    
13. Click on My Reviews under Form Review to see the progress of your form review. You will receive a notification when your form is ready for download.

3. The first task you will be assigned is to upload your form files. Click on the task to see the details.

4. Under My Reviews you can click on a Form Review to expand the details
   
   • Click on the Files Tab to upload any additional files that may be requested. This is also where you will be able to download your finalized review
     
   • Click on the Client Talk to quickly chat back and forth with Coach if more information is needed for your review
